Seems like I’ve been reading about the two-state solution for many years. The Israelis don’t want it. Maybe the Palestinians still want it – I’m not even sure of that. Conferences supporting the two-state solution always turn out to be orphans.
Yasser Arafat might have gotten it, but he passed on the best alternative.
Though the Europeans have come out supporting the two-state idea, it’s mainly meant as a threat to Netanyahu.
And now the Palestinians have no one to negotiate for them in good faith.. What can’t they just release the hostages?
